Starting life at IMFS as a Collection Support Administrator she has since quickly progressed to the role of Quality and Compliance Officer. Fiona is now training further to take over the role of Collection Support Manager. Her experience from the ‘ground up’ has enabled her to gain a solid understanding of the nature and requirements of the company. Fiona joined IMFS after graduating from Leeds University with honours in 2007. Her time studying honed her analytical and organisational skills, which are now used fully in dealing with clients and managing the administrational side of IMFS’s operation. Fiona has become an integral part of the team and we hope her development continues to benefit our clients and IMFS.
