IMFS Secure Another New Contract!

IMFS – DCA Of The Year!
IMFS were awarded the prestigious trophy for DCA Of The Year 2007/8 (<£2M Turnover). The judges were impressed with the huge array of creditor and debtor testimonials, excellent staff training programmes and a bonus structure based on both collections and customer satisfactions, complaints, call quality, attendance levels and staff loyalty.

IMFS Expands Its Operation
Due to continued growth for IMFS, it has been necessary to expand our designated call centre environment, created in newly obtained office space. This has included further investment in the IT and telecommunications structure, which in turn will allow for continued delivery of first class customer service.
