Denise Crossley, IMFS Managing Director was appointed back to the CSA Board Of Directors in September 2010, working predominantly on industry compliance issues alongside the Vice President.

Full Office Refurbishment – IMFS Teleperformance has completed a full office refurbishment programme, allowing expansion for a further 50 collector seats, and additional administration staff in Leeds. Connectivity to Teleperformance's Gateshead & Birmingham call centre sites has also been established to allow for larger & further expansion. As part of the refurbishment, digital colour CCTV was installed across all office suites in the Leeds building, in addition to a new swipe card access system, upgrades to the current dialler system and new furniture throughout. Denise Crossley added “this further shows the commitment by Teleperformance to invest in IMFS and it’s long term future within the Group. We are now fully scaleable to meet all current and future client workloads.

IMFS – DCA Of The Year!
IMFS were awarded the prestigious trophy for DCA Of The Year 2007/8 (<£2M Turnover). The judges were impressed with the huge array of creditor and debtor testimonials, excellent staff training programmes and a bonus structure based on both collections and customer satisfactions, complaints, call quality, attendance levels and staff loyalty.

IMFS Expands Its Operation
Due to continued growth for IMFS, it has been necessary to expand our designated call centre environment, created in newly obtained office space. This has included further investment in the IT and telecommunications structure, which in turn will allow for continued delivery of first class customer service.
