Based in Horsforth, Leeds, IMFS was established in 2004. Our directors, between them, have accumulated over 90 years experience in the supply of business to business
and consumer debt recovery.

The team of 50+ experienced operatives have been selected for their enthusiasm and dedication, most of them having previously worked alongside the directors in previous roles. A great deal of emphasis is placed on investment in the training and development of our staff, and the ongoing expansion of our operations can only be met by employing more dedicated Collection Officers, Team Leaders and quality Management team players.

The bespoke recovery systems created for our clients have been proven to be highly effective, rigorous and robust. Our collection software is used in-house at external agencies, varying in size from 6 to 400 employees.
